GETTING A FLYING START
As Maintenance Manager at Liban Cables, in Lebanon, you will define and implement the organization resources, methods, documentation process, rules and tools to ensure and optimize the availability, the efficiency and the durability of equipment and competencies.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

You will Acts as a leader
You will be in charge of maintenance management and project management.
You will specify the applicable electrical / mechanical tests which shall be performed on the cables
You are In charge of Subcontracting & Outsourcing management:
You will define and monitor performance and financial indicators
You role is to enforces continuous improvement for preventive, curative and ameliorative maintenance plans
You main duties ensures the execution of safety and security related actions

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Minimum 8 years experience as Maintenance Manager or in Industrial maintenance
Leadership and management Skills
Excellent computer literacy: Office, AutoCAD, ERP
Excellent language proficiency in Arabic, English and French
